Being A Smart Player

If you want to become a mentally stronger and better basketball player, then just follow this simple formula: “PM + PE + PC + PW = Smart Player”.

PM = Play in the present moment.
(Not in the past or future)

PE = Play with your eyes.
(Not with your negative feelings or fears)

PC = Play under control.
(Not worrying about what you don’t control and thereby losing control)

PW = Play for what you want.
(Not thinking about what you don’t want to happen)
